BEWARE IF YOU GO TO THE HSBC HOUNSLOW
I thought getting cash from the bank is the safest way to get money but not from HSBC HOUNSLOW, I was given 4 X £50 counterfeit notes, don't they train their staffs to spot the counterfeit notes BUT nooooooo in this branch.
I only knew this notes were counterfeit when the money I paid to friend were found counterfeit by her bank, it shows Halifax staff have better training than HSBC HOUNSLOW.
When I complaint what I got, they can't do nothing.
I better start thinking moving my account to another bank.
