Saturday 2nd May. Gathering of 7 families for BBQ. The weather was warm and sunny. We had lamb back chops (everybody loved it), chickens and fish to BBQ, green salad and nasi ayam. Krispy Kream and flowers from Kak Liza, freshly bake roti naik and kuih kasui (my favourite) from Kak Niman. Diana & Saiful brought grapes, cheese cake and strawberries tartle. Last and not least cupcakes and custard corn pudding

Once everybody had their tummy filled, some excercise what doctor order. Freesbie game.
Each families have a box of cupcakes from us.
CUSTARD CORN PUDDING

4 cups water
1/2 packet coconut powder
1 1/4 cup custard powder
1 cup cream sweet corn
1 daun pandan (optional)
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and put over medium heat.
2. Stir all the way until mixture thicker and produced bubbles on the surface. Continue stirring so as not let the mixture crumble at the bottom of saucepan.
3. When mixture turn shining add the daun pandan. Occasionally stir for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour into a mould.
