Pandan Muffins

2 cups of flour
3 tsp baking powder

1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1/2 of veg oil
1 tsp pandan essence
1 egg

preheat oven to 180c
1. mixed together sugar, milk, oil, egg and pandan essence in a mixing bowl until well blend.
2. put the dry ingredient into the mixing bowl and fold together until blend.
3. spoon into muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes.

what type of flour? self raising or plain? what type of milk? fresh milk or condensed milk?
