To made this cupcakes, I go through trial and error. The cupcakes - strawberry flavour using fresh strawberry - recipe from martha stewart blog. The 1st batch - taste havenly but unfortunatly the shape of the cake not good and I ended up baking a second batch. Same to the cream cheese icing - 3 times and at last I got the right one. I made the rose from mazipan from Peggy Porschen's Pretty Party Cakes book.
Another extra batch of cupcakes that I decided to decorate with lines.
