A friend asked about my oven. Well, it just normal electric oven. When not in use its become storage for all my baking trays and wok. The success of baking cake is follow the recipe and get the correct temperature ( always preheat the oven at least 10 minutes). Baking time is also important sometime you cake need longer/shorter time than stated in recipe. Never open the oven door for the first 1/2 of baking time. For small cake like muffin don't open the oven door the first 10 minutes. Always use a skewer inserted in the centre of cake to check, if it come out clean the cake is cook but if not clean just leave the cake a bit longer and recheck after few minutes.
